Abstract:
Provided is an incombustible phenol resin foam laminate plate which exhibits excellent lightweight properties, has an improved closed cell ratio across the thickness direction, and provides preferable smoothness, and which has a metallic foil laminated-surface material disposed on the surface thereof. This phenol resin foam laminate plate 1 has a surface material 4 laminated on at least one surface of a phenol resin foam 2 and is characterized in that: the phenol resin foam 2 has a density of not less than 20 kg/m3 but less than 40 kg/m3, has a central-part closed cell ratio of at least 85%, has a superficial layer-part closed cell ratio of at least 80%, has an average cell diameter of 70-180 μm, and has a surface smoothness level of at most 2 mm; the surface material 4 is composed of a nonwoven fabric or paper; a metallic foil 6 is further laminated on at least one of the surface materials 4; and a plurality of openings 7 are provided so as to penetrate the metallic foil 6 and the surface material 4.
