Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention provide a photovoltaic cell and a photovoltaic cell preparation method. The photovoltaic cell comprises: a base layer; an emitter layer provided on a first face of the base layer; a plurality of front metal gate lines are provided in parallel on the face of the emitter layer facing away from the base layer; diffuse reflection layers, each of the plurality of the diffuse reflection layers being respectively provided on the face of each of the front metal gate lines facing away from the emitter layer, and the diffuse reflection layers being in one-to-one correspondence with the front metal gate lines. In the embodiments of the present invention, by providing the diffuse reflection layers on the front metal gate lines, diffusion reflection of light emitted to the front metal gate lines is improved, such that more light is emitted to the emitter layer of the photovoltaic cell, and the light absorption rate is improved, and in addition, the diffuse reflection layers are only provided on the front metal gate lines, and do not block light emitted to the emitter layer.
