Abstract:
A plate-type catalyst powder separation and recovery device and a plate-type catalyst attrition rate determination method. The device comprises a powder separation unit (1) and a powder recovery unit (2). Counter-rotating rollers (12) and rollers (13) in the powder separation unit (1) are arranged in a housing (17) at intervals; a powder accumulation bin (14) is connected to the housing (17) and a catalyst powder outlet (15), respectively; a powder recovery inlet (20) in the powder recovery unit (2) is provided on an outer side wall of a recovery housing (43); a cyclone outlet (21) is provided on an inner side wall of the recovery housing (43); a cyclone channel (25) is provided between the powder recovery inlet (20) and the cyclone outlet (21); a first-stage filter (22) and a second-stage filter (24) are provided on the inner side wall of the recovery housing (43); and an opening is formed at the center of the first-stage filter (22), so as to form a conical surface having an upper portion having a larger diameter and a lower portion having a smaller diameter. By rolling the plate-type catalyst, a plate and powder of the plate-type catalyst can be separated thoroughly, and by means of multi-stage filtering, the powder can be effectively recycled after being deposited, thereby improving the degree of standardization of powder separation and recovery and reducing measurement errors.
