Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pneumatic tire and a method for manufacturing the same, whereby steering stability performance can be enhanced and a lightweight, high-rigidity tire can be obtained by a structure in which a carcass ply is wound around a bead core from the outside in the tire width direction to the inside in the tire width direction, and both end parts of an inner liner extend between a bead and the carcass ply. [Solution] The pneumatic tire pertaining to this invention has a pair of left and right beads including a bead core (3a), a carcass ply bridged over the bead core, and an inner liner (4) disposed on an internal peripheral side of the carcass ply (5), the carcass ply (5) being wound around the bead core (3a) from the outside in the tire width direction to the inside in the tire width direction, and both end parts of the inner liner (4) extending between the bead and the carcass ply.
