Abstract:
Disclosed are a polymer self-supporting nanofilm, a continuous and macro-scale preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly coating an ionic liquid solution of a reactive monomer a on a flat transmission mechanism that continuously moves forward, so as to form a stable and uniform coating of the ionic liquid solution of the reactive monomer a; (2) enabling the ionic liquid solution coating of the reactive monomer a in step (1) to make contact with a non-polar solution in which a reactive monomer b is dissolved to carry out an interfacial polymerization reaction, so as to synthesize a polymer self-supporting nanofilm; and (3) washing the polymer self-supporting nanofilm in step (2) by using water, such that same automatically falls off from a transmission mechanism, and after passing through drying and heat treatment, obtaining a polymer self-supporting nanofilm. The preparation method of the present invention greatly expands the selectable types of reactants, so that water-insoluble reactants having special structures can be applied in the interface synthesis of polymer films.
