Abstract:
In the present invention, a plate that is curved like a bow serves as a bar (fig. 1-4) used for measuring the height for high jump, long jump, and other athletic jumps or as an object to be jumped over in training sessions. Even when bent by an impact force, the bar (fig. 1-4) is capable of regaining an original shape thereof through plastic deformation. This bar can be accommodated in a case (fig. 1-1) as the bar is taken up on a spiral spring (fig. 1-2) disposed inside a take-up case (fig. 1-3). Provided at a lower part of the case is a connection to which a support post is to be attached, whereby it is possible to change the height.
