Abstract:
Disclosed is a powder charging apparatus. The powder charging apparatus comprises: a charging device, comprising a first sleeve and a second sleeve, wherein the first sleeve is provided with a first gate valve, the second sleeve is provided with a second gate valve, an inner cavity between the first gate valve and the second gate valve is a metering cavity, the first sleeve and the second sleeve can move relative to each other in the vertical direction to change the volume of the metering cavity, and a dicing assembly is provided in an inner cavity of the second sleeve; and lifting/lowering devices, wherein when a saggar moves upwards to enable the saggar to be sleeved on the second sleeve, the dicing assembly is located in the saggar, so as to dice a material falling into the saggar from the metering cavity. According to the present invention, three processes, i.e., quantification, saggar charging, and dicing, are integrated together, so that the space occupancy rate is reduced, the apparatus cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
