Abstract:
Provided is use of a steroid Taccoside A in preparing a tumor immunotherapy drug. The steroid Taccoside A can regulate T lymphocytes of the human immune system to effectively kill various types of tumor cells, including various non-solid tumor cells and solid tumor cells, and the cell viability results show that the survival rates of different types of tumor cells are 10% or below. The steroid Taccoside A can further show the same effective tumor immune killing effect on T lymphocytes from different blood type sources. Moreover, the steroid Taccoside A is a low-toxicity, highly effective tumor immunotherapy molecule that is applicable to a wide range of people and has killing effects on various types of tumor cells.
