Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for (R)-o-chloromandelic acid. By means of the preparation method, the present invention improves the utilization rate of a reaction buffer, thereby reducing the production cost of (R)-o-chloromandelic acid, significantly reducing the discharge of the waste liquid, and achieving the environmentally friendly production of (R)-o-chloromandelic acid. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the present invention has good separation effect, high yield, the strong basic anionic resin used has a long service life, and the separated aqueous phase system can continue to provide a reaction system for the next biological catalysis, thereby reducing production cost and reducing the discharge of waste water. The present invention also relates to a cyclic bioenzyme catalytic reaction system for the preparation method for (R)-o-chloromandelic acid. Said catalytic reaction system simplifies the production operation and improves the working efficiency. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing (R)-o-clomandelic acid using the cyclic bioenzyme catalytic reaction system.
