Abstract:

Disclosed is a preparation method for vegetarian D-glucosamine hydrochloride. In the present method, citric acid residual waste obtained after producing citric acid using a fermentation method is used as a raw material, expansion is performed using a gas, and hydrogen chloride is used as a degradation agent, and upon undergoing gas pressure expansion, hydrogen chloride degradation, separation, water washing, decoloration, concentration, filtration, drying, etc. steps, vegetarian D-glucosamine hydrochloride is ultimately obtained. The present invention amply utilizes residual waste from producing citric acid, prepares vegetarian D-glucosamine hydrochloride at a high yield, a product is free of allergens coming from crab and shrimp, and is free of a genetic impurity problem from e. coli fermentation. Product purity reaches 99% and above. The present preparation method has advantages of an abundance of a used raw material, unlimited production resources, low production costs, high product quality, stable product quality, further saving on expenses for environmental stewardship, and having good societal and economic benefits.
