Abstract:
When a setting screen request transmitted from a printer setting device is received via a service mixed-type communication interface, a printer transmits setting screen information to the printer setting device via the service mixed-type communication interface in accordance with a service protocol that is a communication protocol stipulated for one service in a service separate-type communication interface. The printer setting device transmits a setting command to the service mixed-type communication interface of the printer in accordance with the service protocol, and the printer causes a printing condition to be stored by a storage unit on the basis of the setting command received via the service mixed-type interface.
