Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device employing a lattice which performs high-sensitivity radiography utilizing the wave nature of X-rays or the like, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a technique which makes it possible to capture images of a specimen which is moving relative to the device. A pixel value calculating unit 51 uses a plurality of intensity distribution images of a sample 10 moving in a direction intersecting a radiation pathway, to determine whether a point (p, q) on the specimen belongs to a region (Ak) in each intensity distribution image. Further, the pixel value calculating unit 51 obtains total pixel values (Jk) in each region (Ak) by adding together the pixel values in each intensity distribution image at the point (p, q) belonging to each region (Ak). An image calculating unit 52 uses the total pixel values (Jk) in the region (Ak) to generate a required radiographic image.
