Abstract:
A rotary table mechanism (100) comprises: a planetary gear mechanism (50); and a shift mechanism part (41) that shifts the planetary gear mechanism (50) between a first state in which rotary motion is output at a constant velocity to a first rotary table (21), and a second state in which rotary motion is output to the first rotary table (21) in an accelerating manner. The planetary gear mechanism (50) has: a sun gear (51) which is provided to the first rotary table (21); a ring gear (54) which receives input of the rotary motion; a plurality of pinion gears (53) which are disposed between the sun gear (51) and the ring gear (54); and a carrier (52) which rotatably supports each pinion gear (53) and which holds the plurality of pinion gears (53) in an integral manner. The shift mechanism part (41) links the sun gear (51), the ring gear (54), and the carrier (52) together in the first state, and in the second state fixes the carrier (52) and releases the sun gear (51) and the ring gear (54).
