Abstract:
A forward/reverse rotating press clutch apparatus, comprising a flywheel (10) and a clutch (14) mounted on a main shaft, the opposite end surfaces of the clutch (14) and the flywheel (10) being fitted together, the clutch (14) being provided with a sliding key (12) able to extend towards the flywheel (10), the end surface of the flywheel (10) being provided with an oval-shaped hole for inserting an insertion end of the sliding key (12), the tail end of the sliding key (12) furthest from the insertion end being provided with a spring counterbore, and a sliding key spring (13) for pushing the sliding key (12) outwards being disposed in said spring counterbore; a guillotine (11) able to toggle the sliding key (12) is disposed below the clutch (14), the centre part of the guillotine (11) being disposed in a guillotine base (20), a guillotine spring for keeping the guillotine (11) in an inserted state being disposed in the guillotine base (20), a chain (22) being connected to the lower end of the guillotine (11), and the lower end of the chain (22) being connected to a clutch operating apparatus. The upper end of the guillotine (11) is provided with a wedge-shaped head, and a sloped surface matching the wedge-shaped head of the guillotine (11) is disposed below the tail end of the sliding key (12). The clutch operating apparatus is a treadle (23a) or a clutch cylinder (23b). When the guillotine (11) is pulled down, the tensile force of the sliding key spring (13) causes the sliding key (12) to be inserted into the flywheel (10); the clutch (14) then rotates synchronously with the flywheel (10) and is not subject to the impact of forward/reverse rotation.
