A segmented retainer for a rolling-bearing in which vibration, noise, damage, and the like from collisions between the circumferential end faces of a segmenting part with one another can be prevented. The retainer is provided without incurring an increase in manufacturing costs. The segmenting part (25) comprises a one-side end part (27) provided with a convex part (29) having a protrusion (31) that is a first engagement part, and an other-side end part (28) provided with a concave part (30) having an engagement hole (32) that is a second engagement part. The one-side end part (27) and the other-side end part (28) can be linked together by the mating of the convex part (29) and the concave part (30) and by the engagement of the protrusion (31) and the engagement hole (32). The collision of the circumferential end faces of the segmenting part (25) is prevented by the engagement relationship of the protrusion (31) and the engagement hole (32).
