Abstract:
Disclosed is semiconductor memory wherein memory device performance deterioration generated due to having different memory function performances corresponding to positions in a memory cell array is improved. This semiconductor memory is characterized in that there are at least two kinds of cell transistors having different current drive performances corresponding to positions in a memory cell array that is configured from memory cells, each of which has a memory element and a source or a drain of a cell transistor electrically connected to each other.
