Abstract:

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention is a shoe lace (1 ) that can be pushed, opened and locked, which creates a strong and safe connection, which does not cause problems such as thread (5) swinging on the shoes and its features are as follows;

- a cap (2) which function as a lock for the lace (1 ) along with the buckle (3) and it is placed on one end of the thread (5),

- a buckle (3) which function as a lock for the lace (1 ) along with the cap (2) and it is placed on the other end of the thread (5),

it is structured in a manner that it will be locked and opened in a cap (2) in the form of push buckle (3), the invention is characterized with these features.

2- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; It contains helix connection ends (4) of which the bolt is opened which is located on two ends of the thread (5) apparatus and which provides connection between the cap (2), buckle (3) and the thread (5).

3- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; it contains a threaded cap connection slot (2.1 ) corresponding to the helix connection end (4) which provides connection of the cap (2) with the thread (5).

4- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; it contains a buckle lot (3.1 ) on which a bolt is threaded corresponding to the bold on the end of the helix connection (4) which provides a connection of the buckle (3) with the thread (5).

5- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; The cap (2), the buckle (3) and the helix connector ends (4) are made of metal material.

6- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; the cap (2), buckle (3) and helix connection ends (4) are made of metal material. 7-lt is the shoe on which the shoe lace (1 ) is used according to claim 1 and its feature is as follows; It contains a replaceable cap (2), buckle (3) and a thread (5) to acquire different designs.

8- It is a shoe lace (1 ) according to claim l and its feature is as follows; It is a shoe lace (1 ) which reveals customized shoe designs that can be used, designed in a customized manner in terms of size, color, and design.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a shoelace with a lace apparatus which is locked in push buckle form and which is connected to the end of the lace without being knotted to each other.

Previous Technique

As is known, shoe laces are usually knotted in the shape of a butterfly. In this way, the knot can be untied several times a day by itself, and it can cause the lace swing towards right or left side of the shoe, it can even get under the shoe and lead to falling of the user. In addition to this, when the shoe laces are tied, the swinging long parts of the lace cause a dirtiness in terms of aesthetics and the users are trying to hide the swinging part of these laces to prevent this problem temporarily, however users, especially pregnant women, elders, children face difficulties when using this model, therefore knotting the shoelaces takes time and requires efforts.

In the recognized state of the technique, the easy untying of the laces is prevented as well as several lace apparatuses have been created to facilitate the knotting of the laces. In the current model in the market; the laces are locked with a clamp with a plastic and adjustable lock which is knotted to the laces. In this model, the swinging parts of the long laces do not appeal to the eye in terms of aesthetics.

In another existing model, in the shoes with laces, it is a lace apparatus that provides the easy wearing/ taking off the shoe; when the shoe is worn/ taken off, there is a magnet that provides the connection of the left and right part and it contains a hole in which the laces are placed when adjusting the shoelaces.

Another shoelace is associated with a connection element which is fixed to at least one of the lacing tips, which allows the connection of the lace ends. The aforesaid connection element, preferably consists of a female part connected to the aforementioned lace end, there is a female lace slot which is connected to the end of the lace which is placed on the aforesaid female part; to provide the connection of the aforesaid lace ends to the other end of lace, a male part which is connected to the aforesaid female part; it contains a female part lace slot in which the other end of the lace is placed on the aforesaid male part .

The invention in this technique, the lace ends which swing after tying of the laces are connected to each other with the connection elements, it has been created to prevent contact of the lace ends with the dirty ground and deformation. The previously mentioned invention contains a male part connection bulge and female part assembly slot of which the connection can be easily cut when desired and easily connected to each other through the magnetization for this purpose. In the previously mentioned invention, the male part connection bulge protrudes outward from the lateral edge of the male part, is placed into the assembly slot which is structured to the lateral surface of the lateral surface of the female part assembly slot.

In the recognized state of the technique, the laces are knotted in the form of butterfly through a magnet, however the laces can easily be untied easily because they are knotted to each other with a node. In short, the invention prevents the untying of the laces as well as it prevents the crawling of the lace ends, especially the long ones. In addition, the magnet ends are separated to re-tie the untied laces, the laces shall be reconnected after the laces are connected.

In the recognized state of the technique, the previously mentioned models do not have the following characteristics; the laces can be connected without knotting, the laces are fixed without hanging and the laces are not integral in appearance in terms of aesthetics. Therefore, there is no lace apparatus through the desired results are provided in a single model.

In the TR2016/01043 numbered patent document which is mentioned in the records of Turkish Patent and Trademark Office; "The invention relates to a lace with a magnet which can be used to easily wear/take-off the shoe with a single move without being in need of the tightening, loosening of the shoe pin and its features are as follows; It consists of a right part (1.1 ) on which there is a right part eyelet (1.1.1 ) and a body with a magnet (1 ) which consists of a left part (1.2) on which the left part eye let (1.21 ) is available. These are the expressions specified in the document.

In the previously mentioned patent certificate with the number of TR2016/01043, two plates with magnet features are connected to the shoes passing a thread. There are still hangings in the end part of the connected parts. In addition, when there is a magnet connection, it can be opened automatically.

The invention is a lace apparatus which is locked as a push buckle, to prevent the problems mentioned in the recognized state of the technique, it is in a structure in which the lace ends are connected to each other with the lace apparatus parts which are locked as a push buckle which is the subject of the invention, without being in need of tying the lace ends.

The invention will not automatically open without pressing on the press part of the user buckle because the lace ends will be locked through a lace apparatus which is locked in a push-buckle form. Thus, the lace will not prevent it from being opened by itself and will solve the problems like swinging under the shoe to the right and left which will prevent walking.

Brief description of the invention:

The purpose of the invention; the lace with a stud end of which the outer surface is bolt is mounted to the bolt slot which is opened behind the lace apparatus each other after being rotated and it is locked in the form of a push buckle by passing it through the lace holes of the shoe by mounting the lace end into the bulk through silicon, adhesive or tightening method ( This procedure is made when the lace is first mounted on the shoe and the apparatus can be replaced with another apparatus if desired because it is mounted in the form of bolt end.) After carrying out this procedure, the lace apparatuses which are locked in the form of push buckle are intertwined and locked and the aim is to acquire a lace model which will be opened when the user pushes the buckle. Another invention of the purpose is acquiring a shoelace apparatus on which the lace ends are interconnected in a way that they will not swing over the shoe.

In line with the above specified purposes of the invention; another purpose of the invention is acquiring a lace model with a lace apparatus which is locked in the form of a push buckle, of which the customized specific laces are intertwined from their end points according to the lace holes and numbers of the shoes in the form of elastic, semi-elastic and thread shape.

The lace apparatus which is locked in the form of a push-buckle is a structure which provides the mounting by a lace apparatus on which the lace ends are locked in the form of a push buckle without getting knotted. The lace apparatus which is locked in the form of a push buckle to an end of the lace is fixed by getting locked and intertwined.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the lace has the following features: elastic, partially elastic, non-elastic thread. In the elastic or partially elastic models, comfort and ease is provided to the users in terms of ergonomics or an entire thread lace shape can be preferred. In the invention, the lace structure having elasticity or partial elasticity provides usefulness when the ends are intertwined by forming a room for flexibility.

The lace apparatuses which are locked in the form of a push buckle that will be connected to the bolt end of the lace; a combination can be made to the lace of which the head parts, a.k.a. the body part is replaceable with multiple heads, it will provide a stylish appearance to the shoe by getting designed with different figures, patterns, colors, sports club colors and models. With the design, it will come to the foreground as a product with an added value which will increase attractiveness compared to the shows that use other available lace models.

To actualize all purposes that will arise from the above mentioned and below detailed statement, the current invention is a shoe lace that can be pushed, opened and locked, which creates a strong and safe connection, which does not cause problems such as thread swinging on the shoes and its features are as follows; a cap which function as a lock for the lace along with the buckle and it is placed on one end of the thread and a buckle which function as a lock for the lace along with the cap and it is placed on the other end of the thread , it is structured in a manner that it will be locked and opened in a cap in the form of push buckle, the invention is characterized with these features.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains helix connection ends of which the bolts are opened and it is placed on two ends of the thread apparatus, providing a connection between the cap, buckle and the thread.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains a threaded cap connection slot corresponding to the helix connection end which provides connection of the cap with the thread.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains a buckle slot on which a bolt is threaded corresponding to the bold on the end of the helix connection which provides a connection of the buckle with the thread.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; the buckle, cap and the helix connection ends are made of metal material.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; the buckle, cap and helix connection ends which are located on both ends of the thread apparatus are made of plastic material.

It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains a cap, buckle and thread which are replaceable to acquire different designs.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the shoelace (1 ) which is the subject of the invention is to be explained with examples without any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject. In the instruction book, the shoe lace (1 ) which is locked in the form of push buckle which is connected to the thread (5) end in a way that it will be intertwined is described. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the shoe lace (1 ) which is the subject of the invention. According to the figure, the shoelace (1 ) comprises a thread (5) for passing through the lace holes of the shoe a cap (2) through which one end of the thread (5) is inserted and a buckle (3) through which the other end is inserted. Accordingly, one end of the thread (5) is connected to the cap connection slot (2.1 ) and the other end is intertwined to the buckle connection lot (3.1 ) and connection of the thread (5) with the buckle (3) and the cap (2) is provided. When the buckle (3) is pressed, the buckle

(3) is separated from the cap (2). When the buckle (3) is inserted into the cap (2) and pressed, the buckle (3) is locked by getting fixed to the cap (2).

Figure 2 shows the blasted assembly view of the lace (1 ) which is the subject of the invention. Accordingly, the lace (1 ) comprises a thread (5), buckle (3) and cap (2) apparatuses which constitute the locking system of the lace (1 ), helix connection ends (4) which are located on two ends of the thread (5). The helix connection end

(4) on one end of the thread (5), the cap connection slot (2.1 ), the helix connection slot (4) which is located on the other end is inserted to the buckle connection slot (3.1 ) through a helix connection. Subsequently the buckle (3) is inserted into the cap (2) and it is pushed and the lace (1 ) is locked.

The push buckle (3) which will be connected to the helix connection end (4) of the lace (1 ) and the lace apparatus which is named cap (2) which ensures the locking can be replaced. A combination can be made to the lace (1 ) with multiple buckles (3) and caps (2), it will provide a stylish appearance to the shoe by getting designed with different figures, patterns, colors, sports club colors and models. With the design, it will come to the foreground as a product with an added value which will increase attractiveness compared to the shows that use other available lace (1 ) models.

The thread (5) used in the invention is elastic, thus it will provide significant benefits in terms of ergonomics. The lace (1 ) structure having elasticity or partial elasticity provides usefulness when the ends are intertwined by forming a room for flexibility. But it does not have to be elastic. It can also be used as non-elastic thread (5). The cap (2), the buckle (3) and the helix connector (4) can be made of metal or plastic material. It is a significant advantage that it can be changed according to preference.
