Abstract:
The present invention provides a single-component silica gel medium suitable for direct-ink-writing-type 3D printing, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The single-component silica gel medium has a viscosity of 200-1000 Pa·s, and the viscosity change value thereof is smaller than or equal to 10% after it is stored at room temperature for more than 30 days. The preparation method for the single-component silica gel medium comprises: first mixing a polysiloxane containing a carbon double bond, a tackifier and a platinum catalyst to obtain a first mixture; heating the first mixture and maintaining same at the temperature for a first time, adding a polymerization inhibitor thereto, and maintaining same at the temperature for a second time to obtain a second mixture; cooling the second mixture, and mixing the second mixture with a hydrogen-containing polysiloxane to obtain a third mixture; mixing the third mixture with an inorganic nanofiller to obtain a fourth mixture; and sequentially subjecting the fourth mixture to vacuum defoaming and pressure filtration. The medium is particularly suitable for high-precision printing of micron-grade lines in the field of direct-ink-writing-type 3D printing.
