Abstract:

[Problem] To make it easier to prvent adhesion of foreign matter to the surface of a steel sheet transportation roll. [Solution] A steel sheet transportation roll according to the present invention has a thermal spray coating located on the surface of the transportation roll substrate, and an abradable coating located on the surface of the thermal spray coating, the abradable coating containing polysiloxane as well as zirconia particles, boron nitride particles, and colloidal particles dispersed in the polysiloxane.
