Abstract:
A super-elastic fatigue-resistant foam material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of thermoplastic elastomer resin, 0.5-50 parts of amorphous metal powder, 0.2-1 part of an antioxidant, 0-1.5 parts of stearic acid and 0-1 part of a cell stabilizer. Compared with the prior art, the super-elastic fatigue-resistant foam material adopts specific materials and content components to achieve better interaction. The product has the characteristics of light density, super-high rebound characteristics and excellent compression deformation resistance, so that the elasticity of sports shoes is greatly improved, moreover, both the lasting comfort and the lasting damping function are achieved, and good wearing and running experience can be provided for a wearer.
