Abstract:
The invention introduces a super molecular structure permanent red BBC pigment that is light stabilizing and heat stabilizing mode and intercalating method thereof. In order to improve light resistance and heat resistance of an organic pigment permanent red BBC, the anions of permanent red BBC are intercalated in the hydrotalcite by utilizing the intercalating property of the hydrotalcite with ion exchange method so that the anions of the permanent red BBC substitute all NO3¯ in the hydrotalcite and intercalated hydrotalcite LDH-BBC pigment is prepared from the hydrotalcite with interlayer anions all NO3¯ The intercalated hydrotalcite LDH-BBC pigment not only maintains colour which the permanent red BBC has its own, but also has improved light resistance and heat resistance. The LDH-BBC pigment can replace permanent red BBC, which is used widely in coating, paint and composite.
