Abstract:
Disclosed are a switching processing method, a terminal device, a network device, a chip, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method comprises: a terminal device receives a switching command sent by a source network device, the switching command comprising switching type indication information; and the terminal device sends indication information to the source network device or a target network device, the indication information being used to indicate that the switching type used by the terminal device is a first switching type or a second switching type, and the switching type used by the terminal device being determined on the basis of the switching type indication information and the capability of the terminal device.
