Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for measuring the displacement of a throw rod of a switch machine. The system comprises a laser sensor, a collection sub-machine, a communication sub-machine, a station server and a station monitoring terminal, wherein the laser sensor and the collection sub-machine are respectively mounted inside a switch machine, and the laser sensor is fixed onto a tail-end side of a throw rod of the switch machine; the collection sub-machine is connected to the communication sub-machine, the communication sub-machine is connected to the station server, and the station server is respectively connected to the station monitoring terminal and a centralized signal monitoring system server. Compared with the prior art, the present invention is capable of collecting throw-rod displacement data of an S700K-C switch machine during turnout switching and train passing, and the present invention has the advantage of being capable of better detecting and analyzing the working state of the switch machine.
