Abstract:
A terminal device for communicating with a base station device, the terminal device comprising a receiving unit for receiving from the base station device an RRC reconfiguration message, and a processing unit. The processing unit resumes MRB at least on the basis of the RRC reconfiguration message being the first RRC reconfiguration message that has been received after normal completion of an RRC reconfiguration procedure.
