Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a tie-down device that can simplify recovery work after operation. [Solution] Provided is a tie-down device that restricts movement of a compensation pulley, around which a compensation rope connecting an elevator car and a counterweight is wound, in the direction that the compensation pulley bounces, wherein the tie-down device is provided with: a casing that is disposed along a compensation rail so as to be able to move in the vertical direction and that has an internal space having an inclined face that opens wider toward the top; a wedge that is disposed between the compensation rail and the inclined face in the internal space of the casing and that frictionally engages with the compensation rail along with the upward movement of the casing; and a casing moving mechanism that moves the casing in a press-down direction relative to the wedge in accordance with an external force.
