Abstract:
An umbrella handle according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted to an umbrella comprising: an umbrella fabric that folds or unfolds in response to falling rain; umbrella ribs for supporting the lower surface of the umbrella fabric; and a link structure mounted to spread or collapse the umbrella ribs. The umbrella handle comprises: a main pole which has, mounted thereon, an upper fastening part of a structure arranged at the very center of the lower surface of the umbrella fabric and fastened to the umbrella ribs, and which extends a predetermined length downward; a link driving unit which is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the main pole such that a sliding position can be changed upward and downward in the height direction, and which is fastened to the link structure by means of a hinge structure; a downward extension pole mounted as a structure that can extend downward from the lower end of the main pole; a grip fastening part, which is mounted at the lower end of the downward extension pole, is a tubular structure enabling insertion/withdrawal into/from the inside of a grip part, and has, mounted on the outer circumferential surface thereof, an operation switch of the link driving unit; and the grip part which is a tubular structure having an insertion hole formed in the upper portion thereof such that one portion of the grip fastening part and one portion of the link driving unit can be inserted/withdrawn into/from the upper surface of the grip part, and which is structured to be gripped by the hand of a user.
