Abstract:
This value information system includes an imparting unit that, if a payment was made to a first user on the basis of a first type of value information, imparts to a second user corresponding to the first type of value information, the first type of value information equivalent to a portion of the paid first type of value information. The second user may be an issuer or an administrator of the first type of value information. The payment is made on the basis of the first type of value information equivalent to a third price obtained by adding a prescribed second price to a first price that is consideration for performing a prescribed transaction. The imparting unit may impart a monetary value equivalent to at least the second price to the second user.
