Abstract:
In order to provide an unprecedented new valve module that contributes to dramatic size reduction of a fluid control system, a valve module 100 that opens and closes a flow path through which a fluid flows comprises: an automatic opening/closing valve 40 that is switched between an open state and a closed state by a movement of a valve body 41 in response to the reception of power from a power source; and a manual operation unit 60 that is switched through a manual operation between a locked state R for pressing the valve body 41 to restrict the movement of the valve body 41 and an unlocked state UR for releasing the restriction to permit the movement of the valve body 41.
