Abstract:

A vibration power generation element comprises a fixed electrode fixed to a base section, a mobile electrode that can move with respect to the fixed electrode, and an elastic support section one end of which is fixed to the base section and the other end of which is fixed to the mobile electrode, and which elastically supports the mobile electrode, wherein the elastic support section includes: a plurality of elastic structures that are disposed on both sides, in the first direction, of the mobile electrode, the elastic structures each comprising a linking section, a first elastic section one end of which is fixed to the linking section and the other end of which is fixed to the mobile electrode, and which extends in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction in which the mobile electrode vibrates, and a second elastic section one end of which is fixed to the linking section and the other end of which is fixed to the base section, and which extends in the second direction; and a connecting member that mutually connects the linking sections included in the plurality of elastic structures.
