Abstract:
The invention relates to a high current switch having a switching bridge (10) having a contact surface, wherein a first part (12, 15) of the contact surface is formed and arranged elastically in relation to a second remaining part (13) of the contact surface so that upon closing a contact with the corresponding contact bolt (50), the first part first conducts current and is only bridged when the switch travel path grows due to the elasticity of the first part so that a maximum current can flow over the contact surface. The invention further relates to a corresponding use and to a corresponding method for providing such a high current switch.
