Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare an analgesic agent, containing specific pyrimidine derivatives, having high analgesic actions and hardly causing adverse effects. CONSTITUTION: This analgesic agent contains a compound represented by the formula [=A-B= is =CH-CH= or =N-CR<2> = (R<2> is H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, etc.); Alk is a 2-4C alkylene; R<1> is H, a dialkylaminoalkyl, a carboxyalkyl, an alkoxycarbonylalkyl, etc.; Y is CH or N; Z is a bond or CO; Ar is phenyl, etc.] and/or its salt. The analgesic agent is prepared by combining at least one of the compound represented by the formula and/or its salt with at least one of a solid, a liquid and/or a semiliquid vehicles or an auxiliary, as necessary, one or more other active compounds and converting the resultant mixture into a suitable dosage form.
