To provide a structure of a nonaqueous secondary battery which is arranged so as to suppress the occurrence of the variation in the distance between electrodes owing to the deviation in a direction in a lamination plane of an electrode laminate and to the expansion in a laminating direction, and which has good cycle characteristics.
The nonaqueous secondary battery 10 comprises: an electrode laminate 11 formed by more than one sheet-like positive electrodes and more than one sheet-like negative electrodes 112, which are layered alternately with more than one separators interposed therebetween; and first and second adhesive tapes 17 and 18 which are stuck to the electrode laminate along a loop-like path including an upper base 112a and a lower base 112b perpendicular to a laminating direction of the electrode laminate. The first adhesive tape 17 and the second adhesive tape 18 are located on two opposing sides with respect to a center portion of the electrode laminate 11 in a plane direction of the upper base 112a and the lower base 112b.
