Abstract:
The invention provides an assemble guide system and method; the working process can be reliably managed even if more working personnel participate; as long as the worker handles basic skills, the work can be done according to standard working steps, thus producing high reliability products; the assemble guide system comprises a storage device, a guide terminal and a display; the storage device has the assemble guide programs for assembling target products, has assemble step data of the assemble work steps of the assembling target products, has three dimensional animation data corresponding to each assemble work step of the assemble step data, has the working dynamic image data obtained by filming the assembling work, and has the working history data of the assembling work history; the guide terminal is connected with the assemble guide programs in the storage device through network, thus operation equipment; the display can display information along with the guide terminal operation.
