This fluid discharging system 120 is provided with a flying object 122 and a fluid discharging mechanism 146 that is provided to the flying object 122 and discharges foam-like substances BB. The fluid discharging mechanism 146 is provided with: a discharging nozzle 158 for discharging the foam-like substances BB; a mixer 152 that generates the foam-like substances BB by mixing air; and a first pressure-feeding mechanism 148 for pressure-feeding, to the mixer 152, water which is at least a portion of the foam-like substances BB, wherein the tip section of the discharging nozzle 158 protrudes to the outside of an air flow for generating a buoyant force for the flying object 122. Accordingly, a fluid can be discharged to a predetermined work point from an appropriate position by reducing arrangement restrictions on the fluid discharging mechanism that discharges the fluid.
