A measuring device (10) comprises a voltage dividing resister unit (2), an AD converting unit (3), and a calculating unit (4). The voltage dividing resister unit (2) includes a plurality of voltage dividing resistors (R1 to Rn, Rm) for dividing a voltage of a battery (1) (object being measured). The AD converting unit (3) includes a plurality of AD converters (31 to 3n) for converting a voltage between the two ends of some or all of the voltage dividing resistors of the voltage dividing resistor unit (2) into first digital data. The calculating unit (4) calculates a voltage (electrical parameter) of the battery (1) (object being measured) from the plurality of items of first digital data converted using each of the plurality of AD converters (31 to 3n).
