Abstract:
Provided is a titanium-copper foil which exhibits sufficiently high strength for use as a spring, exhibits good etching uniformity, and can be advantageously used as an electrically conductive spring material used in an electronic device component such as an autofocus camera module. This titanium-copper foil contains 1.5-5.0 mass% of Ti and 10-3000 ppm by mass of Fe, with the remainder comprising Cu and unavoidable impurities, and has a crystal orientation such that the value of A represented by formula (1) is 10-40 in cases where a rolled face is subjected to X-Ray diffraction measurements. Formula (1): A = β{220}/(β{200}+β{311}) (Here, β{220}, β{200} and β{311} denote the half value widths of X-Ray diffraction peaks for the {220} crystal plane, the {200} crystal plane and the {311} crystal plane, respectively.
