To provide a rolled aluminum alloy material having excellent thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity and high strength.SOLUTION: A rolled aluminum alloy material has a chemical composition consisting of Si: 0.20-0.65 mass%, Mg: 0.35-0.7 mass%, Fe: 0.05-0.35 mass%, Cu: 0.01-0.15 mass%, Ni: 0.02-0.20 mass%, Cr: 0.05 mass% or less, Mn: 0.05 mass% or less, Zn: 0.10 mass% or less, Ti: 0.10 mass% or less, B: 0.05 mass% or less with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, and has an electrical conductivity of 56%IACS or more and a tensile strength of 250 MPa or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
