Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the arrangement reviewing device of a robot which can review the arrangement of the robot by considering the attitude of a tool working a workpiece. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a means 101 which designates the positional attitude where the tool is attached to the robot, means 102 which designates one of parameters designating the positional attitude where the tool is attached to the robot, means 103 which indicates a simulation range to the parameter by the minimum value, maximum value, and changing pitch, means 104 which executes the simulation of a series of operation working the workpiece, means 105 which evaluates the minimum value, maximum value, and central value of the fluctuating range of the parameter, means 106 which decides a tool operation center so that the fluctuation width of the parameter can be the minimum, means 107 which indicates the attitude of the robot, and means 108 which decides a robot setting position so that the operation reference position of the robot can be coincident with the tool operation center.
