To provide a curable resin composition curable at a relatively low temperature, exhibiting good curability even by photo-curing in the presence of oxygen, having high hardness of a cured product and exhibiting a low refractive index and excellent antireflection performances and to provide a laminate and an antireflection material using the resin composition.

The curable resin composition comprises a component (A): a fluorine-containing polymer in which inorganic particles are dispersed in the polymer by synthesizing the polymer in the presence of the inorganic particles as at least one component. The curable resin composition preferably contains a component (B): a polymerization initiator and a component (C): polymerizable silica.
