Abstract:
A ducted marine propeller, comprising a propeller (1); hull (2) provided at the lower part of a ship body; a middle partition (3) provided in the hull (2); two water inlet channels (4) symmetrically arranged at two sides of the middle partition (3) and penetrating through the front end of the hull (2); a built-in rudder provided on the middle partition (3); and a water outlet channel (5) which is provided at the rear end of the hull (2) and the rear end of which is communicated with the front ends of the water inlet channels (4). The propeller (1) is located in the water outlet channel (5). The undersides of the inlet ends of the water inlet channels (4) are below the light load line of the hull. The propeller and the built-in rudder are provided inside the hull, and thus do not get caught on fishing nets and aquatic plants, etc. or collide with reefs, etc., thereby improving safety and service life.
