Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with which memory (charge accumulation) is suppressed, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device including the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a support medium and an undercoat layer, a charge generation layer and a charge transport layer that are formed on the support medium in the order stated, the undercoat layer containing metal oxide particles and a polyamide resin, a charge generation material containing a chlorogallium phthalocyanine crystal and a resin. The spectral absorption spectrum of the chlorogallium phthalocyanine crystal has a maximum peak in each of a wavelength range A and a wavelength range B, the absorbance in a peak wavelength of the maximum peak in the wavelength range A being larger than the absorbance in the peak wavelength of the maximum peak in the wavelength range B.
