Abstract:
To establish a method for the efficient preparation of a gene by separating a bacterial strain containing an enzyme efficiently promoting oxidation reaction under a moderately high-temperature condition of 30-55°C, separating an NADH-FMN oxidoreductase from the bacterial cell, separating a gene encoding the enzyme and specifying the structure, especially the base sequence of the gene.
The gene encoding an enzyme oxidizing NADH and reducing FMN is separated from thermophilic desulfurization bacteria Bacillus subtilis WU-S2B or thermophilic desulfurization bacteria Mycobacterium phlei WU-F1.
