Abstract:

To provide an inorganic fine particle dispersion paste composition having high adhesiveness to a substrate and capable of carrying out a degreasing treatment even under a low-temperature and low-oxygen concentration atmosphere.

The inorganic fine particle dispersion paste composition is characterized by comprising an acrylic or a methacrylic resin having a hydrolyzable silyl group, an organic solvent having 150-300C boiling point and inorganic fine particles.
