PURPOSE: To provide a laminated ceramic parts whose volume and area of the bottom surface (mounting surface) are reduced than heretofore and also with which an electronic parts can be mounted on the surface of a ceramic lamination matter by mounting a vibrator on the surface of the ceramic lamination matter.

CONSTITUTION: A ceramic lamination matter 2 consists of plural ceramic sheets having printed circuit patterns and laminated on each other. The electronic parts 3 and 7 are mounted on the surface of the matter 2, and a vibrator 4 is connected to the matter 2. In such a constitution of a laminated ceramic parts 1, the vibrator 4 is mounted on the surface of the matter 2 and also a level difference part 6 is formed on the surface of the matter 2 and at the lower part of the vibrator 4. Then one of the parts 7 is provided on the part 6.
