To solve the problem that a user has trouble to hang out underwear since the conventional laundry hanging out tool is only for hanging out the laundry so that a woman, etc., has to hang out the underwear indoors to prevent the underwear from being viewed by others, has to put the laundry away when a visitor comes, or has her underwear stolen when the underwear is dried outdoors, etc.

A curtain rail-like rail is attached to the outer side of the laundry hanging out tool. Buttons are attached to a roller at joint parts with mesh fabrics so as to be attachable/detachable. Then the mesh fabrics are fitted there. The hanging out tool is formed in a circular shape and the two semi-circular mesh fabrics make a circle. Connection in a rail part is made by a magnet and the mesh fabrics are joined to each other with hook-and-loop fasteners. The length of the mesh fabric is about 50 cm. When patterns or pictures are provided to the mesh fabrics, the internally arranged underwear is not easily viewed and becomes fashionable.
