PURPOSE: To eliminate a thermal effect on a circumference of electric bulbs without increasing a number of the electric bulbs, by a method wherein electric single filament bulbs are applied in sets of two so that they are made to light by connecting tail lamps in series and stop lamps in parallel respectively with each other.
CONSTITUTION: Each of right and left rear combination lamps 5-1 and 5-2 is provided with single filament electric bulbs 13 and 13' in sets of two, and are lit by a brake switch 1 and a lighting switch 3. The brake switch 1 feeds supply voltage directly to the electric bulb 13' and the lighting switch 3 feeds the supply voltage by connecting the electric bulbs 13 and 13' in series with each other. With this construction, a tail stop lamp can be constituted by applying only four single filament electric bulbs and there is no increase in calorific value like a double filament electric bulbs.
