Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture of a thermoplastic composite material preform having a laminate and reinforcing fiber decreased in sink and disorder in its joint part.

CONSTITUTION: This method is a manufacture of a thermoplastic composite preform made by laminating a sheet-like thermoplastic composite material consisting of reinforcing fiber and thermoplastic resin, wherein a plurality of laminates 1 of composite material is mounted on a surface plate 2, and by bagging the laminates 1 to decompress the inner part, and keeping this state, a part of the laminates 1 is joined.
