Abstract:

To provide a field-emission element, a field-emission light-emitting element, and an electronic equipment which hardly cause problems such as discharge and the like during an electron-discharging period of time.

The field-emission element includes a carbon material, an organic binder, and a solvent. Its manufacturing method comprises a step for forming a paste excluding a photosensitive monomer for coating paste on an electrode film formed on the surface of a substrate, and firing the substrate with the paste coated thereon in a vacuum atmosphere at a temperature of 400°C or higher.
