PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of drive support for parking a vehicle.SOLUTION: A travel control controller extracts, from a pickup image picked by a camera, a symbol including a numeral positioned on a road surface, the numeral presumably disposed in a parking-spot frame, the numeral of size presumably attached to the parking-spot frame. The travel control controller extracts, upon extracting a plurality of symbols, a symbol group consisting of a plurality of symbols that is arranged in parallel with an interval of the adjacent symbols having predetermined distance, and directions of the respective symbols are oriented in a direction across a direction of arrangement of the symbols and in the same direction for each other. The travel control controller estimates a position of a parking-spot frame from positions of the individual symbols of the symbol group and controlling decrease in acceleration in accordance with an acceleration operator on the basis of the estimated parking-spot frame in a case where a set of numerals of adjacent symbols in the extracted symbol group are determined to be consecutive numbers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
