Abstract:
PURPOSE:To select a video recorded on a disk visually by recording a moving picture menu video being a list of major videos recorded on the disk. CONSTITUTION:A moving picture menu picture 21 is recorded on a disk, in which plural videos recorded on the disk or plural reduced videos being the result of reducing the picture size of consecutive video signals associating the video are arranged. That is, the moving picture menu video able to list up the major videos recorded on the disk is read by an optical video disk reproducer and displayed to select the video recorded on the disk visually. Thus, the man-machine-interface is improved.
